Dear sir,
Can you tell me why all the medical person and biotechnology people in World fail to create a kidney cells or kidney organ in full from the stem cell when in China, the preparation of urinary bladder is already been done. The real problem is we have not understood and decipher the real biological and biochemical environment required for the development of kidney or any other organ. We do fail to produce such environment in vitro for the development of such organ which require specific media with excretion process i that media along though we have some what able to decipher the process of kidney development in early embryonic process to some extent. hopeful in future, we will be able to find a proper way to prepare kidney organ from the stem cell of a patient and give it back in necessity time.
