William Is a different little boy. After the implants william started to make more and more progress, his mother says she is getting a new boy, as if born again.

After the first week of the implants williams seizures were gone. he had seizures for 10 yeard taking different types of medicines, and still having seizures everyday.he is trying to sit up and to roll. He goes from one corner of the living room to to the other. H\e used to have his left arm contracted to his body.

Now it is been less than three months since william had the stem cells implants and william has made more progress than in ten years. His mother did not expect that the treatment will work so fast. Now william is not a disabled child anymore. He also started ro ride his bike with the help of his mother.

Namya kothari was born on 10th.Sept, 2005 at Kolkata,
within 3 to 4 hours of birth he was detected having PULMONARY HIPER TENSION. He was taken to Bhagithirathi Neotia Child & Women care Hospital & put immediately on ventilator and was kept under ventilator for 12 days. After that he was put on oxygen for next 10 days.
He was attended by Dr.Chandan Ray and Dr.Radha n.Narayanan,On 22nd days he was released from Hospital
On 4th month he was Diagnosed and found Cerebral Palsy child.
Child is having savior spasticity at Upper and lower limb. and in both the hands.
On 17th.june 06 CT-Brain was done and its finding was:
Focal atropy of the left superomedial portion of precentral gyrus noted in left cerebral hemisphere with prominent suical spaces around this gyrus.
Rest of the cerebral hemispheres appear normal.Grey and white matter differentiation maintained.Brain stem and cerebellum appear normal.Internal auditory meati appear normal bilaterally with no definite mass lesions identified in the cerebello-pontine angle region.Ventricles and cisterns appear normal.No evidence of midline shift.Sellar,suprasellar and parasellar regions appear normal.No evidence of abnormal extraaxial collections seen.Visualised portion of the paranusal sinuses and orbits appear normal.
REMARKS:
FOCAL Atrophy of left posterousuperior ( Precentral) Frontal gyrus may reresent a previous vascular insult.
Dr.V.vishvanathan,neoralogist of Kashi Kama koti Child trust Hospital,chinnai suggested for botox.
He was given botox150 units in July 07 and after that his movement has improved. Seeing this improvement further 150 units of botox was given in Oct 07 by Dr.Shankar.

Clinical Details: To assess cerebral perfusion.
Acquisition: Brain perfusion scan performed after intravenous adminstration of 99m-Tc ECD.Spect were acquired 45 min post injection.
Findings:
Reconstructed,transverse,sagittal and coronal images show areas reduced perfusion in:
* Bilateral fronto-periatal region (moderatlyreduced).
* Left temporal region (moderately reduced).
* Left basal gangalia (moderately reduced).
Rest of the regions in the cerebral cortices show uniform radiotracer distribution.
Symmetric and normal perfusion noted in right bsal ganglia and both the cerebellar cortices.
Impression:
Scan evidence of significant perfusion abnormality noted in the above mentioned areas.

* Functinal ability : Able to control his head properly./Roll himself with slight difficulties.
: Able to maintain prone on elbow.He can maintain cross leg sitting with arm propping for few minutes.
* Any surgical procedure/N.B /Boton: Botton has given in pronators of upper extremities & hip adductors.Hamstrings & TA in lower extremities bilaterally.
* Problems identified:
Hyper tonicity (1+) in left upper & lower extremities.Tightness in bilateral upper & lower extremities.
> Hip flexors > Hamstrings>TA >Wrist flexors >Long flexors.
Hand function (both hand—Poor) > Grasp > Release > In hand manipulation >Pinch.
Gross Motor Problems: -Un able to maintain cross leg sitting with arm propping for a long time.
–un able to attain sitting from lying position.—un able to maintain prone on elbow in extension.
–unable to maintain quadruped position.—he can roll himself independently with slight difficulties.
VMC: Poor.
ADL: Dpendent.
Present treatment:
He is attending intensive physiotherapy classes twice a day. for 5 days in a week. Having each session of 30 to 45 minutes under trained persons at Chennai.
In addition to this he is having Hand occupational therapy for 30 minutes thrice a week.
Further to this his mother is putting child on exercise daily for 20 to 30 minutes.

MY son has severe developmental delays 11 yrs of age equiv to 3 months development.Suffered hypoxia at birth but no diagnosis or brain damage.What is your succes rate and how much does it costs
