Bush Vetoes Embryonic Stem Cell Research Bill Again
American President George Bush vetoes stem cell bill saying that the destruction of human embryos is a “moral line” he won’t allow the nation to cross. Instead he’s emphasizing research on other kinds of cells as potential avenues to disease cures, research he says wouldn’t “create, harm or destroy” human life.
This is for the third time, he has used his veto power in this six and half tears.
Two months ago, Bush won a veto showdown over congressional efforts to attach strings to more money for the Iraq war.
Does he have no heart, no soul, nothing? Bush is doing much more damage to America and the world than even bin laden ever could. He is simply disgusting.

Bush expanded human embryonic stem cell (hES) research beyond the bill he vetoed. S5 only addresses the clinic embryos - of which only 275 are expected to yield stem cells. By executive order, the NIH is to find ways to fund hES from arrested embryos (1/2 of all IVF created embryos arrest within the 1st week due to poor egg quality from mass harvesting. These embryos yield normal stem cells a the same rate as other embryos), blastocyst extraction, and even nuclear transfer. [Just because the media doesn't hype it doesn't mean it didn't happen.]
